Editorial and testing policy
Updated 20 October 2026.
Sources and scope
Technical guides link to primary documentation. Product behavior changes between releases; check your installed version before applying an example. Configuration excerpts are educational and may require local paths, service users, ports and permissions to be adapted.
AI assistance and review
AI tools may assist with drafting, editing and code review. Their output can be wrong. We correct specific errors and distinguish executed checks from illustrative output. An article's publication date alone does not prove that every command was run on every supported platform.
Test evidence
The downloadable Python lab records its runtime and individual pass results. Those checks cover the stated cases only: they do not simulate power loss, audit a server, or establish performance under production load. Other snippets without an execution record remain illustrative examples.
Corrections
Send the guide URL, relevant section, software version and a minimal reproduction through our contact page. Remove passwords, tokens and private customer data. Material corrections are described on the affected pages.
